My brothers and sisters

Those born of God – both Jews and Gentile

Listen to what my Father is saying…

For I will explain to you the greatest mystery

My brothers are not drunk as you suppose – Its only nine in the morning

No, you are seeing the manifestation of a revelation given to my prophet Joel so long ago.

Your ears have heard this prophecy many times

But your hearts have not understood it until this day.

Today, I am pouring out my Spirit on all people.

Your sons and your daughters will declare my testimony

Young men will see Me

Old men will see Me

On all of my people, men and women, I am pouring out My Spirit

And they will express me and my experience!!

I am about to show you wonders in the heavens

And signs of my presence on this Earth

And everyone in this creation that calls on my Name will be saved

Men on Israel, listen to Me.

I am a man who did signs and wonders in your midst, but this was the Father working through me for your benefit

And through my Father’s design and foreknowledge you put me to death with the help of the lawless ones

He freed me from the agony of death and filled me with resurrected life and I became death by destroying death.

Just as David heard me wisper:

My Father is before me

My tongue speaks of praise and my heart is encouraged

I know that my Father would not leave his Son to rot

Nor even decay

He is making known to me the fullness of His life

And I am tasting the sweet joy of his presence

Saints, david was buried and suffered decay but he was promised that one of his line would not.

One of his descendants would be raised by the Father and seated at the right hand of the Father.

I did not decay in the ground but was multiplied for your sake.

Broken so that I could dwell inside you .

David also heard me proclaim:

My Father spoke to me today

And invited me to sit at His right hand

He promised to make all my enemies, and all the enemies that persecute my beloved

a footstool for my feet to rest

My brothers and sisters, know that TODAY the Father whom you worship, has made Me, the one you crucified, both lord and Christ!

Hugging the King

I just loved this big tree and, well, hugged it. When Liane sent me the picture I realised that I was actually hugging “the King”. I guess it is quite often so: You think you are doing one thing, but in reality you are “hugging the King”…

Please imagine a picture of an old tree with the word “KING” cut in it’s bark (It wasn’t me!), left hand side: me, hugging the tree; right hand side: Nicole ( lost in her own thoughts, not even looking at me…). Download of the real picture was, unfortunatly, unsuccessfull…, sorry. May be another time…

Hallo, hallo,
who would have thought that I could make my way onto this webpage all on my own! There is hope!
Well, I am Silke, German ( what explains spelling mistakes, accidental rudeness, weird houmour,…) and if Anne is the church- nutter ( never heard of s u c h a thing before…) than I am the church- computer- nutter. But as everyone can see and read: there is even for such species hope!
I have seen a lot of things and places with my Lord during my looong life, but to be brought here, to be with my Brothers and Sisters in the church is the best thing my Lord gave me so far. I always wanted to know Him as close as possible ( isn’t that a nice thing to say….) and here I am, stuck with you and Him together, it makes me feel the most privileged person in the world!

The King James Version of the Bible has a number of nice phrases and similes. Coming from Tyndale’s translation several of these similes were introduced into the English language by the English Bibles of the sixteenth century. One of these is the use of the two words ‘of life.’ There are at least 18 different phrases used with these two words. They include ‘tree of life,’ fountains of life’ and ’spirit of life.’ The poem below uses each of the 18 phrases I know of.

These are the words of the Book of Life
Made real in me by the Spirit of Life

I shall walk in the way of the Lord,
The way of the Lord is a path of life,
He is the bread of life that sustains every step,
He is the water of life that washes off the dust of the road,
The fountain of life that refreshes the weary traveller

He is the reproof of life that returns my feet to the path,
When my feet can go no further you are my shelter,
A tree of life that lives in every season,
And when I raise my head I see above,
The light of life that gives me hope,
And shows the path of life before me once again

And when my steps grow slow and unsteady,
The arm of the Prince of Life is there to bear me up,
And when I think that I can go no further,

work home church
Sometimes problems come in from all angles and when prolonged makes me feel like I’m doing something wrong, if not most things. The Lord just loves pulling the rug out from under you, I wish I could say Ive learnt something that could help others that feel like that from time to time, but I have little. It happens, its not nice, I wish it didn’t but I found that typing my feeling into a search engine provided me with the reasurance of other people feeling similar negative emotions.
I hope that someday I may have more to offer here, but for now, trying to find the Lord, and just saying his name if I can do no more is all I have. I hope to be dragged into the presence of the Lord by others and hear the revelations of him when they come.
Learning to say yes is slow growing, nothing tangible yet.
I went exploring in that valuable free time, found some new places to walk and enjoyed sunshine, nothing like the first airing of the year. I took a stone from a river bed thats sits on my desk to remind me of that and that the Lord is laying a foundation and building walls of balance. Like a seed that grows into a sapling and is anchored to the ground, with leaves spread on upward reaching branches and roots plunging deep and spreading in the blind darkness coming across what it needs by faith not sight.

I am the obligatory church nutter

Every church has one so if your looking for the nut job on this web site, I am advertising, so come join me.

I pretty much asume that for some while I’ll be talking to myself on here, but longing for interaction, so until then I shall thank every one who has worked hard to create this forum, give your self a creme egg. And prattle on for a while.

I am Anna and work with children, though I have none of my own. Christ and I go a long way back and he has stayed with me even though I have not always wanted to stay with him. He has shown me things that have made life bearable in the darkest of days and has been a delight there too, I have felt abandond and lost, crushed and anxious and he has sought me and let me cling to the emptiest of things until my eyes could see. He reaches into my depths of despair and reminds me that I have a crown to win. He lifts my chin and looks in my eyes until I smile.

My Lord knows the way through my wildernesses and all I need to do is follow. I know that I am useless at following but I’m learning to hear the voice of my Lord call, and am working on saying yes.
